30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love your Madoriq routine. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we'll refund you in full — no returns required.

How it works

  • 30 days from delivery. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a refund.
  • Opened bottles are OK. You don't need to send the products back. Keep what you have, gift it, or donate it — the refund still applies.
  • No restocking fees. You'll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
  • No return shipping. We don't ask you to pay return shipping, because we don't require the products back.

How to request a refund

Email support@madoriq.com with your order number and a short note on what wasn't right. We reply within 1–2 business days.

Exceptions

  • Orders older than 30 days from delivery are not eligible.
  • Orders that were refused on delivery, or where the shipping address was incorrect and delivery failed, are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Clearly-abusive refund requests (multiple refunds with full-quantity repeat orders) may be declined at our discretion.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrived damaged or something is missing, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost.
