Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Delivery speed and cost depend on your destination.

Processing time

Your order is fulfilled by our partner Blanka from their North American facility. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after you place the order. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as the package leaves the warehouse.

Delivery timelines

  • United States: 3–6 business days after shipping (total 5–8 business days from order).
  • Canada: 5–10 business days after shipping (total 7–14 business days from order).
  • International (EU, UK, Asia, Oceania, Latin America): 7–18 business days after shipping, depending on destination. Remote areas may take longer.

Shipping cost

  • United States: free on orders over $50. Under $50, a flat fee calculated at checkout.
  • Canada: flat rate calculated at checkout based on weight.
  • International: flat rate calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Carriers

We partner with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on destination. The best carrier is selected automatically.

Customs, duties, and import taxes (international orders)

For orders shipped outside the United States, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the carrier or your country's customs authority at the time of delivery. These are not included in our shipping cost. We're not able to estimate these in advance — they vary by country and product value.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking stops updating for more than 10 business days (US) or 20 business days (international), email support@madoriq.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll reship at no cost or refund you in full — your choice.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was wrong or the carrier couldn't deliver, we'll contact you for a corrected address. Reshipping fee may apply (at cost).
