1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to purchase from our site. By placing an order, you confirm you meet these requirements.
2. Products
Our products are cosmetic personal-care items intended for external use only. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Use as directed. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, ingredient lists, and photos. However, colors, textures, and packaging may vary slightly from images. Ingredient formulations may change — always check the printed label on the product you receive.
3. Orders and payment
- When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.
- Prices are in US Dollars. Local taxes may be added at checkout.
- Payment is processed at checkout through Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, Klarna, or other supported methods. We never store your full card details.
- If your payment fails, your order is not confirmed.

5. Intellectual property
All content on this site — logos, photos, product names, copy, designs, illustrations — is owned by MAGIC360 LLC or used with permission. You may not copy, modify, republish, sell, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written consent. You may share product photos in personal social media posts.
6. User reviews and submissions
If you submit a product review, photo, comment, or any other user content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce it for marketing purposes, with credit where appropriate. You confirm the content is your own and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Our products are provided "as is". We make no express or implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is required by law. Individual results will vary. Statements about product benefits have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, MAGIC360 LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
For US customers: you and we agree that disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, except for small claims matters, which may be brought in small claims court. You waive the right to participate in a class action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first purchase by emailing support@madoriq.com.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated via email or on-site notice. Continued use of our site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
